A morning smile induced by eggs, bacon and cast iron.
I think there really is something beautiful about cooking on cast iron. I don’t know what it is, although I always feel great when I cook on it. And for breakfast??? Well yummm. I of course love bacon, start that first, once the first side is cooked, flip it and the skillet is coated in bacon grease. Crack the eggs and cook away. It makes a nice little ring of crunchies around the edges.
