Trials; I can’t find my cookie recipes!

I remember seeing them when I dug out all of my Thanksgiving recipes, knowing I would need them soon, I put them in a good spot.  Although I need them, and I don’t know where I put them.  I know where most are, finding copies online, although I had notes on mine.  And, I can’t find my Chai cookie recipe…Ahhh.

Smiles;  I am freezing my eggs, well actually a friends eggs.  Haha… that doesn’t sound crazy at all.  🙂  I don’t want to be without farm fresh eggs.  So with the pending chickie egg laying slowdown I am freezing the eggs. From what I have read they will last up to six months.  I know we will use them well before that.  So scramble eggs two at a time, then freeze, then place into ziplock bags.  A bonus, my only container that would hold 2 eggs makes a pretty flower frozen egg.
