There are no trials of the day with Elk Steaks and Cast Iron.

I cooked the steaks last night, and quietly had to hide a little for breakfast this morning.
Fried eggs, onion and garlic hash browns with cheese.  Heated the sliced Elk Steak and served on a pillow of cream gravy.
A yummy start to the day.
