LOW CARB PULLED CHICKEN PARMESAN

- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- ½ cup water or stock
- ½ jarRao's Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Grease the slow cooker with butter or olive oil spray
- Pour the water in the slow cooker
- Place chicken in the slow cooker
- Top with all of the spices
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken internal temperature reaches 165
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker
- Pour in the half jar of Rao's Marinara Sauce and stir
- Top with the mozzarella cheese
- Let cook on low until the sauce is warm and the cheese is melted
