Chicken is always in my freezer because I like it, it is versatile, quick and easy to cook up.

I have my favorite recipes that I generally cook each week.
Although, sometimes I need to try something new so I don’t get bored.
This recipe turned out really good.
Of course those that know me know I can not stick to a recipe.
My additions on this one was pepper jack cheese and smoked paprika.
