Good morning smiles induced by a breakfast sandwich reuben.
I know it sounds scary, sauerkraut with breakfast?
Well, had to give it a try. I admit it was very good.
I came across the recipe from Thomas Bread site. Recipe here.
I warmed the sauerkraut in a pan and mixed in spicy brown mustard and whole grain mustard. Because, well, I like mustard, a lot. I cooked this in my breakfast sandwich maker. I am spoiled since I got this, it makes making the sandwich easy. I can load it up, relax with some coffee while it does the work for me.
