Good Morning!

A morning smile induced from Pumpkin Oatmeal.

Using a slow cooker is wonderful for dinners, although I rarely use it for breakfast.  So, I decided I would kick off slow cooker breakfast with warm and cozy pumpkin oatmeal.

I got the main recipe from Moms With Crock Pots. 

The recipe is great as is, although I can not avoid being taken over by some craziness in my head saying, add this…add that…

My son said we could make the oatmeal as long as I could keep to the recipe, and, that I didn’t add garlic.  Well, I adhered to part of the requirements, I didn’t add garlic, that is a plus.  Although, I did have to add molasses and brown sugar.  I am obsessed with molasses right now.  Anything with pumpkin must have molasses.
