Smiles and Trials of the Day

Smiles – A wonderful dinner, marinated baked whitefish, with a butter horseradish sauce, recipe here.  I was sad I didn’t have salmon, yet craving some fish.  So did it with whitefish.  Salmon would be a better match, my suggestion if you make this with a whitefish instead of trout or salmon add more horseradish and seasonings.

Trials – I picked my last lime off of my little indoor lime tree for this recipe.  It is my first lime harvest season for my little tree.  So, even though the recipe didn’t call for it, I love a splash of lime to any seafood recipe.
