No matter what type or nationality of food you are cooking it is always nice to have a simple one pot meal. This is one of them, and a new combination for me, and it sounds good. Potatoes, rice and chickpeas. Along with the spices tomatoes and spinach are also added. It sounds like a very healthy, very flavorful and filling combination. Enjoy!
