The Annual Spring Day at Red Acre Farm CSA is always such a fun morning for the community.
Filled with farm fresh food, fun kids activities, taking time to stroll around the farm, feed the animals, sign up for farm shares, or just relax and enjoy the music and atmosphere of the farm.

The Food – Of course always a tasty treat at this annual event.   The menu is always wonderful fresh ingredients.  It always gives me motivation to grow and try different greens and vegetables in my own garden.  I really enjoyed frittata with the mixture of the eggs, greens and goat cheese ricotta.

Spring Day Activities –  It is always an activity filled morning. From just walking around the farm to planned activities through the morning.  There was something for everyone, and of course plenty of room to sit and relax.

The Music – This year’s musical entertainment was The Naked Waiters

Around the Farm

The Back Porch – The back porch, a farm stand with a twist. This is their year round farm stand.  Stocked with what is available and in season at the time.  It is a cozy little building, built with love.
