On Fridays I share a favorite of mine,
it may be a recipe, a spice, a technique,
or a kitchen product I enjoy.
This weeks favorite is Keto/Low carb pizza crust. When I make a batch I generally make extra. I love it in the morning with fried eggs. I have three 6″ cast iron pizza pans. I put butter or bacon green in the bottom, divide the dough into servings and gently mash onto the skillets. It makes the dough a little crunchy on the bottom.
