Each week I will be searching out a new recipe,
or maybe stepping out of my comfort zone to try something new.
This week is a recipe with Liver. Yes, this is really stepping out of my comfort zone. My Mom just found out a few years ago that I didn’t like all the liver that was served, except for the little ones wrapped in bacon, I kind of swollowed those almost whole, I do love my bacon. Now that I am older and our family has completely transformed the way we eat for the better I am looking for the most nutrient dense foods I can find.
I really like this recipe because it isn’t just all liver. Even though for the nutrients, I want to be able to eat just liver, I know that isn’t going to happen. This recipe mixing it with the ground beef, plus adding ginger and turmeric this really is a nutrient packed meal.
