Welcome to Taste Test Tuesday!
Each week I will be searching out a new recipe,
stepping out of my comfort zone to try something new, because you never know what you may like until you try it.

This week is dried Hatch Chilies.

I have never tried cooking with dried chilies, although now that I have some, it is time to learn.  I enjoy cheese, I enjoy spice..  so this recipe seems a fitting way to learn cooking with these chilies.  I already have chicken made up for the week and this would be a nice creamy spicy addition.
