Taste Test Tuesday – Cucumbers: The Best Ways to Pick Them, Cook Them, and Eat Them

Welcome to Taste Test Tuesday!
Each week I will be searching out a new recipe,
stepping out of my comfort zone to try something new.
You never know what you may… or may not like until you try.

This week isn’t an odd food to try, although since I just harvested 13 pounds of cucumbers today I need to step out of the box.My general use of cucumbers is basic refrigerator pickles and tomato and cucumber salad. The link below has several recipe options.  Some do use sugar which I need to try how they taste with no sugar, or the substitute of keto/low carb sweeteners.  I have plenty to experiment with, although I dont want to waste them, so I will be cautious, although the Texas Style Quick Pickles with some kick of jalepeno sounds really good.
